Prop Rentals

  • Can  I view your products before rental?
    • Yes! You are welcome to view our rental products to determine what’s best for you. Please contact us for more information.

  • Is there a consultation fee to attend your showroom?
    • Yes. We charge a small fee to visit our showroom. If you decide to go ahead with an order that day, this fee will be deducted from the order total.

  • How do I make a booking?
    • You have the option of booking online or you can call us during regular business hours to secure a spot (showroom appointments only).

  • Is there a minimum hire?
    • Yes, there is a minimum hire of $50 to rent our products.

  • Is a deposit required?
    • Yes there is. We require 50% deposit of your total order to hold the items for you. This deposit must be paid within 2 weeks of event date.

  • Is there a damage deposit?
    • Yes, there is a minimum damage deposit charged at $300 for rental items or 10% of the total value of rental. Deposit is 100% refundable when the items are returned in original condition minus normal wear and tear, late fees and damages.

  • What are your payment methods?
    • We accept Bank transfer, Interac E-money Transfer and Credit/Debit via Paypal.​​​

  • Do you offer price guarantees?
    • We will price match an advertised quote (where possible) but it must be from another registered business offering the same or similar items, This offer is stand alone and can not be combined with any other offers.​

  • What if I have a date change or need to cancel my order?
    • We are very accommodating and will try to work with your new date as long as it is available. If you need to cancel, please see our cancelation policy outlined in our terms & conditions.

  • How and when can I pick up my rental items?
    • We will contact you to schedule a pickup for the items. You have 3 days where pickup is on Friday betw​een 10am and 2pm and drop off the following Monday between 10am and 2pm. 

  • Do you deliver?
    • We certainly can organize delivery at extra charge. Please contact us for more details.​

  • Do we need to clean the items before returning?
    • We ask that you wipe clean any food or drink residue before returning to avoid cleaning charges.​ Please use damn cloth only.

  • Is there a cleaning fee?
    • We charge $40 per item​ that need to be cleaned.

  • Is there a late fee?
    • We charge $25 per day until the items are returned which will be deducted from the damage deposit​.

  • Do you offer Event styling services?
    • Yes we do. You can find more information about that on our Event styling page  or contact us for a consultation. ​

Balloon Sculptures

  • Do you a price list where I can get an idea of how much balloon sculptures cost?
    • Yes we do. You can find more information about that on our Price Guide page or contact us for a consultation.
  • Why does the price vary even for the same design?
    • This is because even though it’s still the same general design (ex half arch), specific elements such as fullness colours and textures differ. For example jewel toned designs will cost a bit more than regular designs; and a full sculpture in regular designs will cost more than a scanty jewel toned design.
